Yes, all of our jewellery is made from surgical grade stainless steel and is nickel free and hypoallergenic, meaning most people won’t experience any reaction from wearing the jewellery.
All of our gold and rose-gold magnetic jewellery is ion-plated over the stainless-steel.

The magnets only need to be worn near the skin. Bracelets, for example, would probably be more comfortable if they weren’t tight and there was some space between your wrist and the bracelet. During wear, the magnet will be near your skin, and at times when it moves it will be in direct contact.
Depending on the design of the magnetic pendant and the size of the eye loop that the chain passes through, not all of the chains will fit. Magnetic Jewellery does not need to be worn 24 hours a day, and is sufficient if you wear it during the day or evening. To experience the benefit of magnetic therapy though you should try to wear your Magnetic Jewellery regularly.
It is not necessary to, but some people find that they feel relief from their pain more quickly if they do.
It is not advisable to wear magnets while pregnant, but you can consult your doctor.
It is not recommended to wear a magnet if you have had a stent, though you can discuss this with your physician. Magnets are not to be worn by anyone with a pacemaker.
Except ear jewellery, all items can be returned and the correct size re-sent;
• Return guarantee of 14 days. You can return your order to us in the original packaging within 14 days and we will refund you the full purchase price immediately.
• Trial guarantee of 30 days. If for any reason you regret your purchase within 30 days, we will refund you no less than 85% of the purchase price – even if the jewellery is worn (this is not the case for earrings from a hygienic point of view). • Up to 2 years after purchase an extended warranty period is used if it appears that a defect has occurred, while the jewellery or accessory is normally worn or used.
ENGRAVED ITEMS – Please note that engraved items cannot be exchanged or returned except when the engraving does not correspond to the selected motif. Engravings are only possible in conjunction with orders; it’s not possible to engrave articles that have been sent in later. Material and manufacturing errors are subject to the statutory warranty provisions.
Yes, the bracelets made from polyurethane can be adjusted.
Yes, it is perfectly safe for children to wear magnetic jewellery. We have a lovely range of items including magnetic bracelets, necklaces and ear jewellery.
Many of our Magnetic Jewellery and Wellness items can be engraved to add a personal touch, for yourself or as a gift.
The regular delivery times will be extended for orders with engravings by one to two working days, depending on when the engraving form was received.
