Introducing our new stainless-steel head spa with magnetic massage balls.
Sometimes there are situations in everyday life that drive our stress levels up and up and mess with our emotions. It’s precisely in these emotional situations that it’s important to take a little time out and soothe the troubled mind.
Our little relaxation routine with ENERGETIX’s HeadSpa will help you soothe your mind and release tension in those situations;
If possible, close your eyes and take three deep breaths.
Now start massaging your head very slowly with the HeadSpa. Move from the centre of the head to the front and back and over the sides.
Concentrate fully on the massage while doing so and feel where the HeadSpa is touching your scalp.
Breathe calmly in and out.
Be aware of your thoughts as they arise and try to let them go by repeatedly returning your focus to the massage.
Notice how you begin to feel how your head gradually becomes soothed and relaxed and how that feeling spreads to your entire body.
Finish the massage after a few minutes and take another three deep breaths.
Move your awareness back into your body and enjoy the pleasant feeling of relaxation before you open your eyes again.
Repeat this little routine whenever you feel the need and take advantage of moments that are just for you in stressful times. You’ll feel how you become more balanced and find more joy in life.

Fascia Balls
This set of two Fascia Balls in different sizes (6 cm and 8 cm in diameter) that may be used to massage areas of your own body and so loosen the fasciae, promises to help relax the muscles, relieve tension and improve blood circulation. Each ball has been made from the natural material of cork and features three magnets of 0.15 tesla. The set comes with a textile pouch for storage.
Magnet Massage
A product for relaxing massages presents itself in a special, ergonomically shaped unique design. It’s not only masseurs who like to use this relaxing accessory, that lies comfortably in the hand for soothing body massages. Both sides of the MagnetMassage may be used, and it’s made from stainless steel, with two power magnets that are each 0.22 tesla strong.
Magnet Pebble
The MagnetPebble is an unusual palm stone made from complete stainless steel, or available with one side stainless steel and the other side copper. The palm stones come with a magnet that possesses a force of 0.22 tesla. It is often used in massages and, because it quickly heats up to body temperature, leaves a pleasant feeling on the skin.
